Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced **Sales Administrator** to join a well-established business, based in the **Heaton Mersey area of Stockport**, on a full-time.
- **Role**: Sales Administrator
- **Location**:Stockport (Heaton Mersey)
- **Salary**: up to £25,000 dependant on experience
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week**
Mon - Thurs: earliest start 7am and latest finish 6pm
Friday: earliest start 7am and everyone finishes at 1pm as the whole site is closed for the day
**Office Administrator job description**:
- Processing Sales Orders (using in-house database - training will be given)
- Checking & matching invoices with delivery notes
- Filing invoices, delivery notes and completed orders
- Processing & managing on-line web orders, using SagePay and occasional credit card payments
- Liaising with all internal departments inc. the Sales Team, Production and Dispatch
- Running credit checks on new clients / managing existing credit limits
- Reconciling Purchase invoices
- Monthly Purchase ledger analysis
- Answering the telephone: dealing with enquiries and/or directing calls to the relevant department
- Opening & distributing post
- Supporting Accounts as necessary
**Skills & qualifications required**:
- GSCE or equivalent Maths and English
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Attention to detail vital
- Ability to work alone and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts & basic Excel spreadsheets desirable
- Scope to manage Credit Control but not essential, training would be given
