Sales Administrator - Stockport

Salary: £26,500 + Occasional Overtime
Location: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days home)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 5 days a week

Working within a friendly team of 6Automotive experience is a MUST, ideally main dealer but will consider candidates from other automotive sectors, such as independent specialists and car supermarkets. 

My client is looking for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support our Sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring efficient administrative processes and smooth sales operations. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:

Accurately process and manage sales orders in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation is correct and compliant with company policies
Assist with invoicing and financial transactions related to sales
Oversee vehicle registration, licensing, and warranty documentation
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure clear communication and streamlined sales processes
Deliver excellent customer service by quickly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain organised, up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other related informationRequirements for a Sales Administrator:

Previous administrative experience, ideally in the automotive industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
Knowledge of automotive sales processes and documentation is preferred
