**Lettings Negotiator**

An exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman’s thriving Heaton Moor Lettings Office

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5.30pm & Saturday on a rotation basis. Part Time Hours will be considered.

Key Activities:

- Arranging viewings
- Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
- Obtaining valuations
- Regular client contact
- Applicant management
- Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
- New business generation & building local brand profile
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
- Nurture existing client and contact relationships
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
- Team player but able to work independently
- Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
- Calm under pressure
- Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
- Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
- Knowledge of the local area
- Driving Licence
