Job Title: Service Administration Co-ordinator
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary: £25-28k + company bonus scheme
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Administration Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ensuring smooth administrative operations and has a passion for supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all administrative tasks related to the service workshop using advanced management systems.
Ensure accurate processing of quotations, orders, and invoices to meet defined deadlines.
Handle customer and internal queries with professionalism, providing updates on order progress and resolving any discrepancies.
Manage sales orders from initial input to dispatch and final invoicing.
Process purchase orders and ensure suppliers are coordinated effectively.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
High level of organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP experience being highly advantageous.
A confident telephone manner and the ability to handle calls from sales teams and customers.
