37.5 hours per week

Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, working to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the services. This includes, interacting with stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), across different payor types supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the site

To support the key stakeholder groups to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.

Ensure appropriate leads are booked into appointments

To follow up on all enquires in line with the SLA to ensure all opportunities are maximised

Taking ownership & accountability of the customer journey and referral management of each customer

Taking ownership of any query raised in regards to the customer journey,

Administering all referrals and leads through the IT systems within service level agreements.

Ensuring full case management of patient data, that IT systems are accurate and detailed, and the customer journey is at the forethought of all actions.

To maintain all patient records accurately and in accordance with national and/or local procedures and timescales, checking that all Minimum Data Set information is captured on patient records accurately.

Appropriately escalating any patient or complaint issues to the Hospital Complaint Handler

Adhere to data protection principles, ensuring all information (whether patient or organisation specific) is treated sensitively and confidentially.

Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.

**Experience, Knowledge & Expertise - Essential**

Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Word, Excel, and in-house CRM systems.

Demonstrable call management and call handling skills.

Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach
