**Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights (18:00 - 06:00)**

**Salary: £30,750 + £2,000 Night Shift Allowance**

We are currently seeking a Transport Co-Ordinator to join our Transport team at our Wolverhampton site. As a Transport Co-Ordinator you will direct, coordinate, plan and run the activities for the operation whilst complying with legal responsibilities and meeting customer demand at all times.

**Job responsibilities of a Transport Co-Ordinator Include**:

- To support the management of a fleet of drivers and transport staff ensuring that they work within both legal and company compliance guidelines.
- To provide a store network with a first class service
- To ensure operational targets are met on a Daily and weekly basis through effective use of the Integrated Transport Management Systems
- To brief / de brief drivers at the start and end of every shift communicating planned requirements providing information on performance, company news and procedures.
- Ensure department complies with Road Traffic Act
- Ensure drivers comply with health and safety regulations
- Proactively motivate the transport team by providing guidance and encouragement
- Undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and department

**Qualifications**
As a Transport Co-Ordinator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Experience of working within a transport/FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of transport legislation.
- Knowledge of driver management softwares
- Experience of supervising / managing a team, encouraging motivation and driving performance.
- Ability to work on your own initiative, working to strict deadlines and customer focused
- The depot operates 24/7 therefore it is essential that you are flexible in your approach to work.
