About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing leadership and development programs and managing a team of Factory Trainers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with 1800 employees across the site ensuring successful implementation of large, multi-layered development programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver leadership development programs for all management levels in partnership with the divisional L&D team
Enhance training methods by integrating innovative solutions such as e-learning, AI, and blended learning approaches
Coach and support line managers in building their leadership and people-management capabilities
Measure and report the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they deliver value and address identified development gapsAbout You

As a Learning and Development Manager you are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for developing others and fostering growth. You have experience in a food manufacturing environment and you have the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. You will also have strong track record in training development and will bring credibility and expertise to the role.

Key Skills

Demonstrable success in building credibility with senior leaders in an FMCG or private label business
Excellent understanding of best practice in Training, Development and Talent management
Demonstrable experience of implemented large, multi‐layered development programmes
Experience of coaching people/active listener and operating as a mentor
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities Desirable Qualifications
