**Role Overview**:
As a Digital Learning Assessor, you'll assume a crucial role in overseeing managing and guiding a diverse caseload of active and new learners, crafting and delivering engaging learning content, and contributing significantly to our organisation's overall success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver training, assessments, workshops, webinars, and centre-based activities using digital tools to achieve planned learning outcomes.
- Maintain and update the learning journey, ensuring a meaningful learner experience and fostering employer engagement.
- Regularly communicate with employers, cultivating strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with awarding organisations, government regulations, and company standards.
- Assess and support learners in developing literacy, numeracy, digital, and employability skills.
- Contribute to curriculum development, insight days, and strategic plans.
- Actively engage in quality processes and continuous professional development activities.
**Role Requirements**:
- Possess a relevant qualification (teaching certificate, PGCE, QTS, Assessor Accreditation, or equivalent).
- Demonstrate experience in utilising digital technology within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and technologies for effective content delivery.
- Showcase excellent literacy, organisational, and time management skills.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to varied locations within the region (Driving Licence and own car essential).
**Salary Range**:
£25,000 - £28,000 per year (depending on experience)
