Salary: £100 – £117.50 per day

The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers in the delivery of the curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners while working in a fast-paced and diverse school environment. You will be supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, assisting with both academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with varying learning needs.
Support students in their personal, social, and emotional development.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with classroom organization and the preparation of learning materials.
Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Support students with special educational needs, if applicable.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning.
An understanding of child safeguarding and a commitment to creating a safe environment for all students.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but not essential.
