Learning Support Assistant

Location: Lutterworth, UK

Are you passionate about making a difference in primary education? We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a schools, one of our many partnered, team in Lutterworth

About the Role: In this role, you will provide essential support to primary school children with varying needs, helping them thrive in a positive and inclusive learning environment. With opportunities available in nearby partnered schools, you'll have the chance to broaden your experience across different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and tailored support to individual students.
Offer one-on-one and small group guidance to foster learning and personal development.
Create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
Develop strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Contribute to classroom management and help with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
Relevant qualifications from the UK and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK school setting. (Applications without these qualifications or experience will not be considered.)
A current DBS check on the update service, or a willingness to obtain one.
An education-related degree is desirable but not mandatory.
A calm, caring nature with a genuine commitment to supporting children's needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the diverse needs of learners.
A driving license is preferred, or a willingness to travel via public transport.
Additional skills or interests in areas such as sports, music, or the arts would be a valuable asset.
