**Responsibilities**:

- Individualised Support:_
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students with SEN, ensuring their specific needs are met.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and modify curriculum materials.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Classroom Assistance:_
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and implementing effective teaching strategies.
- Facilitate small group activities to enhance learning opportunities.
- Communication and Collaboration:_
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other support staff to provide updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support strategies.
- Attend and actively contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Record Keeping:_
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for SEN reviews.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the needs of diverse learners.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service **OR** willingness to obtain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £82.09-£93.59 per day
