Are you a Building Surveyor from a commercial background looking to be the go-to person within a reputable property specialist, where you will be valued and rewarded with the opportunity to build a team around you?

On offer is a great opportunity to step into a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you will be heading up the surveying of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas. You will be travelling to various sites, on the road roughly 3 days a week, and then have the change to take on an Assistant to build a team around you.

Founded 30 years ago, this property specialists pride themselves on their high level of service to clients throughout their history, earning them a strong reputation in the industry. They are looking to continue their organic growth, starting with this brand new position.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor looking to play a big part in the growth of a family-feel company, recognised as the go-to specialist in the business.

The Role:

Surveying commercial properties
Travelling to sites across Cornwall and surrounding areas
Opportunity to take on an Assistant and begin growing your team
