Join Our Team as a Commercial Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in Truro, Cornwall. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for surveying commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

  • Survey commercial properties to identify potential issues and provide expert advice to clients
  • Travel to various sites across Cornwall and surrounding areas to conduct site visits and inspections
  • Opportunity to take on an Assistant and begin growing your team
  • Work Monday to Friday with flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements

About You:

  • RICS qualification or Chartered status
  • Commercial background and experience in building surveying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
