Business Development Representative

Are you a BDR or salesperson who is looking for a new challenge with faster progression routes to Account Executive or Account Management roles?
Hyperity are working exclusively with an established SaaS organisation who are expanding into the UK market.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospects through a multi-channel approach. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospects, schedule, and attend discovery meetings to better understand their goals and challenges in relation to their solution.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales Director, passing along these opportunities once they are qualified.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Identify & Qualify client needs & challenges
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting
- Develop your sales skills
- Report to the Manager on activity and pipeline
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Competitive, driven individual
- Personable, with good soft skills
- Coachable, clear communicator, ambitious, resilient
- Confident at speaking to senior level personas
- Organised & process driven
- Self-motivated individual with strong career aspirations
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
