Key Responsibilities:
1st Line Duties:
- Provide front-line support for all IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on both MacOS and Windows OS.
- Assist users with connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.
- Handle basic email support and configuration (Exchange OnPrem and 365).
2nd Line Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve more complex IT issues, escalating to 3rd line support when necessary.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and hybrid setups with 365.
- Implement and support MS Intune for device management and security compliance.
- Administer SharePoint sites and permissions.
- Oversee Veeam Backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Configure and monitor Sophos Central for endpoint protection.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki network devices.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of Exchange OnPrem and Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with hybrid setups involving Windows Server and Office 365.
- Experience with MS Intune for device management.
- Understanding of SharePoint administration and support.
