About the Role:

 

This is a commercially-driven Marketing role; managing the end-to-end enablement of sales growth via innovative marketing campaigns and techniques, targeting B2B and B2C audiences.

 

You’ll also be custodian of the ESG agenda and ensure the commitment to sustainable food sourcing and delivery runs through everything the business does.

 

Specifically you’ll:

 

  • Build and promote the company’s brand and UVP which is based on quality, innovation, nutrition and service

 

  • Develop and deliver engaging digital and traditional marketing campaigns and activity to drive like for like sales

 

  •  Lead the Impact and ESG agenda and ensure it’s embedded in all business operations

 

  • Foster customer engagement via strategic and tactical marketing initiatives

 

  • Provide commercial leadership as part of the senior management team

 

 

About you:

 

A well-rounded, senior and commercially-astute Marketing generalist, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to shape and lead the marketing strategy for this entrepreneurial scale-up business.
