Job Opportunity: Marketing Specialist

Location : Bath

Salary : £28K-£32K (DOE)


Are you a creative, data-driven digital marketing enthusiast? My client is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join their team


Key Responsibilities:


  • AI-Assisted Content Creation : Use AI tools like ChatGPT to create personalised, on-brand marketing content.
  • Google Suite Expertise : Manage campaigns using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, tracking performance and delivering insights.
  • Campaign Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external partners to implement, optimise, and refine marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Analyse website and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Audience Targeting : Help develop and refine targeting strategies to reach key audience segments.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for campaign execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
