We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Ordering Coordinator to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a Store Ordering Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for food and non-food items from businesses within the company.
Main Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Accurately enter order information onto the company's system, working towards daily processing deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to companies, customers, and franchisees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Collate store demand figures, place POs with suppliers, and provide volume data to the correct suppliers and departments for processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to enable daily route planning and warehouse operations.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate stores that haven't placed orders to ensure store stock is available, and action complaints and stock queries as necessary.
- Customer Focus: Have experience within a customer-focused role, with a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ability to work on own initiative to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Flexibility: Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work on a rotating shift between 7am-5pm, 7 days a week.
We offer full training over a 2-3 week period, based in our Milton Keynes-based Head Office. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
