Order Coordinator

This is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. It will provide you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our customer journey and the varied teams. Between them, the team has a range of experiences and skills and their openness creates an environment where you can learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the implementation of incoming orders with precision.
- Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins.
- Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.
- Arrange hardware upgrades as needed.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting Key Performance Indicators.
- Based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent coordination skills in a B2B environment.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ready to take ownership and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
