About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Facilitator to join our team at Values Into Action Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our partners, stakeholders, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our partners, stakeholders, and community members.
  • Support the growth and development of our regional team, including planning, organizing, and facilitating regional Assembly meetings and workshops.
  • Produce high-quality, easy-to-read minutes and information for regional members.
  • Use technology to connect with people through various platforms, including email, video conferencing, and social media.
  • Represent The Assembly at other meetings and events, and work closely with other regional teams, the Programme Manager, and colleagues at Values Into Action Scotland.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in community engagement, facilitation, and event planning.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
