Regional Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Facilitator to join our team at Values Into Action Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our partners, stakeholders, and community members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our partners, stakeholders, and community members.
- Support the growth and development of our regional team, including planning, organizing, and facilitating regional Assembly meetings and workshops.
- Produce high-quality, easy-to-read minutes and information for regional members.
- Use technology to connect with people through various platforms, including email, video conferencing, and social media.
- Represent The Assembly at other meetings and events, and work closely with other regional teams, the Programme Manager, and colleagues at Values Into Action Scotland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in community engagement, facilitation, and event planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and a 16-hour per week part-time contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals.
