As our multi-faceted platform accelerates its growth trajectory, we are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Operations Growth Manager to become an integral part of our market engagement team, focusing on the Scotland region.
Your role will involve effectively managing the market landscape, grasping local intricacies, and relaying insights from both consumers and trade partners to influence our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our expansion initiatives within the Scotland territory.
- Enhance market presence and elevate Checkatrade's visibility by formulating strategic approaches.
- Establish robust relationships with tradespeople while driving both consumer and trade engagement and retention.
- Identify, devise, and execute innovative strategies to broaden our trade member network.
- Oversee projects from conception through to implementation.
