Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at AdMore Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Area Managers across Scotland and the North East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence, and sales performance across your region.
  • Be visible, available, and delivering to the best of your ability in the stores across a broad geography.
  • Lead from the front, winning over the hearts and minds of your people and engaging them in your vision for your region.
  • Set stretching metrics and ensure your team is motivated to meet and exceed these expectations by delivering excellent service and capitalising on sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering against a suite of KPIs at multi-site management level within customer-focused retail environments.
  • Experience leading an area or region across multiple stores within retail telecoms, fashion, furniture, homewares, or the leisure sector.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex situations through engaging and inspiring those around you.
