About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for handling memorial enquiries and potential memorial requirements with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work closely with families to create meaningful and dignified goodbyes, taking into account their unique preferences and cultural backgrounds.
  • Arrange memorial services that are tailored to the family's needs, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics, and managing the ceremony itself.
  • Offer expert guidance on memorial options, helping families make informed decisions about funeral arrangements, memorials, and other commemorative services.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.

What We Offer:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive OTE salary of up to £28,000 per annum, reflecting your dedication to delivering outstanding results in a compassionate and supportive environment.
