Job Details

This is a part-time opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Housing Operations team, based in March. The estimated salary for this role is £15,215 - £15,686 per year, rising to £23,774 based on full-time hours after 12 months service.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service, supporting residents by promoting independent living, and following up repairs for residents. You will also complete mandatory compliance tasks and report and monitor repairs to conclusion.

  • Delivering high-quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate records about residents and the scheme.
  • Covering other schemes as and when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths. You will also require some experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs.

  • Able to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
