About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing winning bid strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client account teams to gather intelligence and develop a deep understanding of capture and positioning activities.
  • Collaborate with the capture manager to identify and mobilize technical, work-winning, commercial, and marketing resources as needed.
  • Coach and train bid teams in the creation of win strategies, writing, and pricing bids.
  • Manage legal and bid governance tasks, as well as Executive Boards, in line with our pursuit process.
  • Oversee the quality element of the bid, answer plan, and review sessions, providing clear briefs to writers and contributors.
  • Manage the commercial element of the bid, facilitating relevant workshops such as pricing lessons learned and commercial challenge team reviews.
  • Fully understand and communicate project/framework scope and all bid document content to the bid team.
  • Ensure regular progress updates and identified risks are communicated to deliver a winning bid.
Requirements
  • Strong planning, bid management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, delivering high-quality work consistently against tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management, both internally and with clients/prospects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • APMP foundation accredited preferred.
