About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Colten Care in Lymington, Hampshire. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and waiting staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver exciting dishes using locally sourced fresh produce
  • Lead the kitchen team to produce wholesome, well-balanced, and nutritious meals
  • Collaborate with residents to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and relevant business motor insurance
  • City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering / Cookery
  • Previous experience in a similar role
