Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to run a section in our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our brand's culinary standards and guidelines.
  • Run a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of our brand's culinary standards and guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members.
