Job Title: Shift Leader Back of House

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Back of House team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Back of House team to achieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Restaurant Management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
