Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Back of House operations and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and guest service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Implement and maintain brand standards and policies in the kitchen
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
