Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver industry-leading guest service by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee assignment, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Provide excellent management guidance to team members, including training, development, and leadership.
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests.
  • Develop and implement performance management and team member loyalty strategies.
  • Provide training to improve team members' knowledge and skills.
  • Communicate business performance, new initiatives, and issues to team members.

Requirements:

  • Operationally focused with experience in implementing brand standards and policies.
  • Proven track record of delivering industry-leading guest service.
  • Experience with previous openings is ideal but not essential.
  • Ability to manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee assignment, and inventory control.
  • Compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
