Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our rooftop all-day restaurant, Darwin Brasserie, located at Sky Garden.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of up to 50 staff in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of food quality and presentation.
