Premier Work Support is seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors, it is essential that the successful candidate exudes a professional and competent demeanor, with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Teamwork:

  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by promoting open communication and respect among colleagues.
  • Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues by being attentive to their needs and concerns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist with answering telephone calls, room bookings, and setup, providing a seamless experience for clients.
  • Support the onsite Management team with high-profile events, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment by being proactive and responsive to the needs of the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes, providing valuable feedback and insights to improve processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Workplace Experience team as required, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Register all customers and visitors to site, adhering to security policies and procedures.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, promoting a positive work environment and informing relevant parties of their arrival.
  • Assist visitors in the waiting area, ensuring they are communicated with regularly and provided with a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with regular unpaid breaks.

£12.70 per hour.
