Job Description

The Customer Experience Analyst Graduate will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Insight and Analytics Manager in various areas, including market research, customer satisfaction analysis, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, including primary and secondary research, to inform marketing strategies
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data and provide insights to improve customer experience
  • Support marketing automation efforts, including email creation and automation processes
  • Use data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Alteryx, and Power BI, to prepare and visualize data for reporting
  • Ensure customer data is synchronized between marketing systems and the CRM system
  • Support event performance analysis and provide insights to improve event ROI
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify insights and support business case creation
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including KPI reporting and board slide creation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or market research-related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with adaptability and prioritization of workload
  • Desirable skills include experience with Google Analytics, Alteryx, Power BI, and survey creation tools
