Job Description

The Customer Experience Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Insight and Analytics Manager in various areas, including market research, customer satisfaction analysis, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, including primary and secondary research, to inform marketing strategies
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data and provide insights to improve customer experience
  • Support marketing automation efforts, including email creation and automation processes

  • Ensure customer data is synchronized across marketing systems and the CRM system
