At Workforce Staffing Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer orders end-to-end, and collaborating closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless promotion activities and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete order process, from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, clearly setting expectations and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Accurately handle customer forms, update order pricing, and coordinate timely input into internal systems.
  • Book customer orders with precise delivery instructions, minimizing returns and rejections.
  • Foster strong connections with supply chain contacts, hauliers, and team members to optimize delivery and service standards.
  • Schedule regular meetings with the National Account Managers (NAMs), providing updates to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Check stock availability proactively to avoid overselling and manage peak and promotional phasing requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles, ensuring data accuracy and sharing best practices with team members.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with previous experience in a Customer Service role within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality service, possess strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
