Customer Experience Manager

At Workforce Staffing Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer orders end-to-end, and collaborating closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless promotion activities and order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete order process, from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, clearly setting expectations and addressing any issues that arise.
- Accurately handle customer forms, update order pricing, and coordinate timely input into internal systems.
- Book customer orders with precise delivery instructions, minimizing returns and rejections.
- Foster strong connections with supply chain contacts, hauliers, and team members to optimize delivery and service standards.
- Schedule regular meetings with the National Account Managers (NAMs), providing updates to the Customer Service Manager.
- Check stock availability proactively to avoid overselling and manage peak and promotional phasing requirements.
- Maintain and update customer profiles, ensuring data accuracy and sharing best practices with team members.

Salary:The estimated salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits:This role offers a fixed-term contract of 12-14 months with a view to going permanent, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
Candidate Profile:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with previous experience in a Customer Service role within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality service, possess strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
