Job Description

The role will report to the Marketing Insight and Analytics Manager and will focus on supporting them in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Satisfaction Analysis: Analyze customer feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Automation and Personalization: Support the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Marketing Insight and Analytics: Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions, using tools such as Google Analytics, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • CRM System Management: Ensure data synchronization between marketing systems, CRM, and other relevant systems.
  • Events Performance Analysis: Analyze event performance, including attendee engagement and ROI, to inform future event strategies.
  • Project Team Member: Collaborate with project teams to identify insights, support business case creation, and maintain project success reporting.
  • Regular Reporting: Provide monthly insight and performance reporting, including KPI reporting and board slide creation.
Qualifications
  • Business, Marketing, or Market Research related degree.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and prioritization of workload to cater to business needs.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Alteryx, Power BI, and survey creation tools.
