Corporate Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking an experienced Account and Data Executive. This role is based in London and will work closely with one of our prestigious clients within the Critical Environments business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full suite of FM services to one of our key clients, ensuring a 5-Star service is always delivered and maintained. Key objectives include improving both operational and commercial performance through best practice, operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for introducing new service lines and product offerings.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, plan, and coordinate all aspects of System Operations, Hard Service delivery, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, M&E, Help Desk Calls, and Small Project Works. The ideal candidate will be operationally hands-on where necessary as well as having full managerial and financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the day-to-day running of both hard services, organizing the site team and supply chain to meet contractual outputs and objectives.
- Maintain customer relations including progress meetings, site visits, and obtaining referrals.
- Managing a team of soft services professionals and M&E engineers and contract support workers effectively to maximize the performance of the company.
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy.
Expected salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
