We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Advisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our trading business and ensuring that our contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Negotiation and Management: You will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with our counterparties, ensuring that our interests are protected and that we achieve our commercial objectives.
- Commercial Advice: You will provide accurate and timely commercial advice to our trading business, including advice on contract terms, pricing, and risk management.
- Process Improvement: You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and minimize risks.
- Compliance: You will ensure that our contracts are compliant with Shell's policies and procedures, including our Contractual Allocation of Risk Framework (CARF) and Manual of Authorities (MOA).
