New Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Renault Retail Group UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new retail sales process, leading a team of sales executives, and achieving targets on sales, customer satisfaction, and profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the new car sales process, including budgets, company standards, and manufacturer targets.
- Lead and develop a team of sales executives, including a senior sales executive, an Alpine specialist, and sales drivers.
- Manage departmental F&I, add-on sales, and customer second-facing processes.
- Achieve targets on sales, customer satisfaction, and profit.
- Manage showroom presentation, display, and local marketing.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK driving license.
- Employed as a motor retail sales manager within their current organization, ideally with a focus on new car sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a proven track record in exceeding targets.
- A basic salary of circa £45,900 pa, bonus scheme (OTE £75,000 pa), company car from day one, business mileage reimbursement, and mobile phone.
