The role will be varied and will work under tight timescales supporting the specialist Data team within the business. You will be tasked with various duties such as:
- Providing support to users on internal systems and having exposure to external insurance systems.
- Supporting the business with regular reporting for management and the data team.
- Ensuring data and reports from brokers are entered correctly on the system.
- Keeping business records and agreements up to date.
- Proactively supporting the team and senior leadership with diary management.
- Compiling, updating, and reconciling management information including daily and weekly data using MS Excel, with the ability to perform basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
The company is embarking on a period of expected growth, providing an excellent opportunity for you to develop not only into the role but also to learn more about the insurance industry and develop your skillset.
We are seeking candidates with good administration and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach. Experience within the insurance or financial services sector will be a distinct advantage, but a willingness to build on your established office career is essential. You may currently be in an administration role and looking to step into a similar role in a different industry, or possibly working in insurance but searching for a new specialism within the field.
The company operates an office-based approach to enable staff to share ideas and learn while collaborating on-site, so you will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.
