Insurance Business Support Administrator

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd, a leading insurance recruitment agency in Kent, is currently working with one of our prestigious insurance clients in the region to recruit a specialist administrator to support their busy and expanding team.

The role will be varied and will work under tight timescales supporting the specialist Data team within the business. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing support to users on internal systems and ensuring seamless integration with external insurance systems.
  2. Compiling, updating, and reconciling management information, including daily and weekly data using MS Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
  3. Ensuring business records and agreements are stored and kept up to date, and that data and reports from brokers are entered correctly on the system.
  4. Proactively supporting the team and senior leadership with diary management and providing administrative support as needed.
  5. Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

We are seeking candidates with good administration and organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience within the Insurance or financial services sector. A willingness to build on your already established office career is essential.

The company operates an office-based approach to enable staff to share ideas and collaborate on-site, so you will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.
