Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to users on internal systems, ensuring seamless operations. \t
  • Gain exposure to external insurance systems, expanding your knowledge and skills. \t
  • Support the business with regular reporting for management and the data team, utilizing your analytical skills. \t
  • Ensure data and reports from brokers are accurately entered on the system, maintaining data integrity. \t
  • Store and keep business records and agreements up to date, ensuring compliance. \t
  • Proactively support the team and senior leadership with diary management, prioritizing tasks effectively. \t
  • Compile, update, and reconcile management information, including daily and weekly data using MS Excel, applying basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
