Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled carpenter to join our team in St Albans. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to work efficiently and safely to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds qualification or be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in a relevant trade, with excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. They will also have experience working in local authority/social housing and hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers
  • Work efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing works, building work, ground works, and drainage related tasks
Requirements
  • Candidate must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
  • Punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers
  • Able to receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device
