Estimator / Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator at Anderselite LTD, you will play a crucial role in the Commercial Team, responsible for delivering commercial excellence across projects and construction services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Project Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and Trainee Quantity Surveyors to ensure accurate cost estimation and management.
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Company Directors to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to gather data for cost estimation and management.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports, proposals, and tenders to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or equivalent role in a commercial or construction environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
