We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a leading specialist interiors sub-contractor, our client provides expertise across all aspects of dry lining, plastering, partitioning, ceilings, steel framing systems, fire protection services, and rendering.
Key Responsibilities- Produce tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans for projects across the North West and surrounding areas.
- Review bid documents, drawings, specifications, and reports to identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
- Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities, or oversee their production by others.
- Oversee all received and submitted tenders.
To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of all components of a tender submission and be able to apply this knowledge to produce high-quality estimates. You will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
