**The role will involve**:

- Interviewing field sales professionals from the construction industry to understand their requirements and motives for their next field sales opportunity.
- Working on a constant source of fresh sales opportunities, typically up to 10 new sales vacancies a week.
- Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis by one of our Directors with more than 20 years sales recruitment experience.
- An outstanding opportunity to double your basic salary with commission in your first year.
- Based from easily accessible modern offices in the heart of Wilmslow.

**The ideal applicant will be**:

- Able to Drive/ Reliable Transportation
- Wants to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Money hungry, commission orientated
- A location based within 25-30 miles of Wilmslow
- **Construction knowledge is not essential.**:

- Driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
- Team player
- **Any B2B or Sales experince is not needed but admired**
