Job Overview:
This role is a key position within the Commercial Team at Anderselite LTD. The commercial division is responsible for overseeing all elements of financial management across various projects and construction services.
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Estimator will report directly to the Commercial Manager and Company Directors. This position will also oversee the work of Project Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and Trainee Quantity Surveyors.
Core Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this role includes:
- Providing accurate cost estimates for projects.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff within the estimating team.
- Analyzing project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Engaging with stakeholders to clarify project scopes and deliverables.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry.
