Position Overview:
This role is integral to the Commercial Team, which oversees all financial aspects of project delivery within the Projects and Construction Services divisions.
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Estimator will report directly to the Commercial Manager and Company Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that includes Project Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and Trainee Quantity Surveyors. The primary focus will be on ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Objectives:
The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive commercial solutions. The Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgetary constraints.
Essential Skills:
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in commercial project delivery and a solid understanding of construction processes are essential.
