The Role

We're seeking a friendly and engaging Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests
  • Assist with luggage handling and transportation
  • Support with conference set up and other events
  • Engage with guests and provide information about our hotel and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
