About Us

Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels is a family-owned and operated business with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our seven hotels are located in stunning Scottish locations, offering a unique and memorable experience for our guests.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, from check-in to departure. Your friendly and engaging personality will immediately reassure our guests that they are in safe hands.

You will be responsible for carrying guests' luggage, supporting with conference set up, and driving our guests and team on and off the Estate. You will be over 21 with a clean driver's license.

  • Previous Porter experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A good listener, with the ability to listen to our guests' feedback and concerns
  • A team player, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for every guest
  • A creative thinker, with ideas for improving our services and processes
  • A friendly and approachable personality, with a passion for working with people
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
